It’s important to find someone who not only has the right credentials, but also has the personality that matches your needs. Ask questions. Find out how long the agent has been in the industry and how long they’ve lived in the area. Look for agents who work full time and have a team. With the current market, it’s tempting to list your house at a high price. Don’t do this. It’s important to set an appropriate price to ensure your house sells quickly. Pricing too high will likely keep it on the market longer as potential buyers will simply not look at your home.
